Its what happens when folks listen to the my pillow guy and Joe Rogan. Thankfully, the military and foreign Healthcare professionals are being brought in.

While some blame vaccination mandates for medical personnel shortages, additional factors also exist. Burnout from prolonged overtime work and threats of violence from the unvaccinated are contributing factors.

Health care workers are already vulnerable to COVID-19 exposure. We shouldn't have to worry about assaults and violence, too.

Those poor health care workers are fighting attrition of their staffs. Many become infected, and I will make the great assumption many will get PTSD.
