Or not because it's one franchisee owner not the corporation:

"The Papa John's restaurants are primarily owned by Russians through a franchise agreement with a company controlled by Colorado native Christopher Wynne, who told the Times that Russians are "clearheaded and understand the dark gravity of the situation they're in" and that "at the end of the day, they appreciate a good pizza."

“The best thing I can do as an individual is show compassion for the people, my employees, franchisees and customers without judging them because of the politicians in power,” Wynne told the newspaper."

Perhaps boycott that franchisee wherever he's based. But it doesn't seem an overall thing by Papa John's.

Franchise owners are required to buy the ingredients from the company approved or owned supplier. If they suspended operations fully where is the franchise owner getting his ingredients? Seems a light slight at hand by papa John's to make it look like they suspended operations in russia. So I agree boycott them here till they get fully on board with the public they so need to stay in business. Show that their smoke and mirror show is not working. And yes I feel for the russian people but just maybe it time for another russian revolution and it will start like the last one with the mothers rising up and protesting in mass. Giving the russian totalitarianism rulers the same taste as their marxists brothers gave to the tsars family and his minnions.
