It is beginning to look like the "Playboy Mansion–like" label may be appropriate. I drop in on Fox as much as I do any other network. Not a good situation at all. My suggestion would be to place a strong woman at the helm and let her set things straight. Sounds as though this would upset a few of the big name folks while setting things on a more acceptable path.

Laurie Luhn had been harassed by Ailes for more than twenty years. Luhn, who settled her harassment claims against Ailes for $3.15 million in 2011, told Sherman that Ailes had filmed her dancing in a garter belt and stockings one night in 1991. Ailes allegedly told Luhn that he would keep the videotape in a safe-deposit box, "just so we understand each other." For the better part of the next two decades, Sherman reported, Luhn "regularly met Ailes in hotels for sexual encounters."

WHY would someone allow another to video tape them dancing in a garter and stockings?

That is a very interesting article. I wonder where the truth lies.

You have a good point, it doesn't seem far fetched. I did skip a lot about her coming up in the company. I didn't care so much about that, didn't see where it matter how long she worked there or how she got to where she was at. If someone is new and they are sexually harassed is the same as if have tenure.

MAJ Charles Blake - this is single source, but there have been several instances of sexual harassment charges concerns Fox news in the media of late, leading me to believe that there is probably a problem there. Where there is smoke...

Very interesting article. Reminds me of the Mad Men series on Netflix.

Col Rebecca Lorraine doesn't it though. I can not even imagine working in an environment like that.

LTC (Join to see) - It exists and most women have had some experience with men that have some power and inappropriate solicitations. The better looking the worse it can be for some.

Col Rebecca Lorraine - I am lucky to have spent my youth in all male units so I never saw any of it. When I was a Lt, I was the only single officer in the battalion, we got in a new Lt, also single, so we started hanging out together. He was a signal guy and had just transferred in from a signal unit. couple days after his arrival we are talking about life in a field artillery unit and he starts relating to how he picked his driver as a platoon leader in a signal company. He picked out the best looking female in the unit, told her that her job was to "take care of him". I am not naive but I was completely shocked by this guy. We worked together but never became friends. One day I'll tell you about how he came to be transferred, that was even more shocking.

LTC (Join to see) - I have seen, heard and experienced all of it. It may not bother men, but it is difficult for women to be equal partners and not just eye candy or some slab of meat.
