Sorry to say it, but I've lost a lot of faith in what our own government says these days. The world is now much safer, I never sent any classified information, no troops died in Benghazi, etc. that's the problem with all these lawyers running the show......it's all legal speak. The government and later the VA assured the Vietnam vets that Agent Orange was harmless, the old school aviation troops used to practically swim in MEK when degreasing aircraft parts, etc. Sorry, but I believe the troops on the ground 100x more than some sanitized AAR.

I couldn't agree more SFC Mark Merino I was thinking possibly the VA was waking in to ward off later claims. I was one of the old MEK and Trichloralethane guys. We did not have adequate PPE or ventilation in area use. They told us you're fine....

Yeah and there was no black mold in the housing in the Died until it was revealed later that there was. Don't worry living near those burn pits never hurt anyone, until it did...

Thanks for letting us know SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL that chemical weapon were not used near U.S. troops in Iraq. I expect our forces will be vigilant in case ISIS does attempt to use chem or bio weapons.
