I grew up in KC so I think I might actually have BBQ sauce running through my veins. Since moving away as an adult I've spent significant time in the Carolinas and now Texas. I've also been fortunate enough to travel around the country and try many different styles of BBQ. I was actually at the Two Bros. spot in San Antonio mentioned in this article just last weekend. In my humble opinion all styles are great in their own way. Fellow BBQ fiends, what is your favorite region for BBQ?
