Among the tactics used by Trump supporters to deal with the unprecedented stories coming out about the Republican candidate is the old 'I know you are but what am I' or 'pot calling the kettle black' type of ju-jitsu. I've seen this story popping up today, and thought I should help clear the air.

Situation normal, these IRS tax rules have been in effect for decades and millions of people use it. The only variable is the amount, I used it my self years ago when my homebuilder went out of business, for five years, I had a loss of $3000 until the $17K was credited. Hillary has used it and the New York Times has used it. Strange how it is a big deal just before the elections, or is it? Why would you have to pay taxes on money you never received?
