Lots of Clinton favored businesses came out quite well, particularly the telecommunications businesses. Not so much the average poor citizens.

LTC (Join to see) - The only one that I know for sure is Digicel, haven't checked out the others. They made millions rebuilding the telecommunication system and were close to CGI.
