Officer takes on the Army's new OPAT, and pulls no punches

I saw this on Army Times and this is the first I have heard of the actual standards for Soldiers to access into the combat arms. According to the author who has a significant educational and professional experience in human performance, the standards are equal to the highest level of adolescents. In other words, pretty low for a future Infantry Soldier. I know that Cadet Command had issues with female cadet performance on this test at Advanced Camp this summer. So, are these standards set low to increase the pool of female combat arms prospects?
