Doing this Survey will only make matters worst. The best thing you could do is let your Director know what the issues are and confront them head on. The VA already know what's on their plate and it is definitely full at the moment. The VA Health Care have been singing their enrollment applications since 1990's and each year it just get worst. If I recall the VA Health Care had each of its Directors fighting for their own budget. Now we have a VISN Network who handles all the budget. Also, almost every VA Healthcare Center has a major University or College that support the VA Healthcare. We are very fortunate to have that here in San Diego. With that said, please get involved with your veterans community and ask them personally. Remember, you are a VA Government Official and YOU work for US, the Veterans, just like I did before I had to retire. Gunner K.

P02 Kitchen, I have spoken many times to the IG in Waco, Texas Regional Headquarters, not only about my case, care but other retired veterans and members of the armed forces.

If you are on the list they will even have you on list and send out a survey for updated opinion. Plus, I always, get the name, ID, location or department of person I am speaking of.
