Very wise advice. Thank you.
My advice: Keep Busy....but make time for your own- exercise and nutritional needs. Also, make time for fun and relaxation. The latter are not only things that are fun, but they are mandatory.
Sleep or rest for at least eight hours per night/day. If you cannot sleep, get up and do something relaxing and calming. (Watching television will keep you awake.)
For you service members deployed into combat: "I put my trust in the LORD."

Once again excellent advice and very true. Speaking from personal experience on this one too. Best to keep up an exercise regimen which fits yr lifestyle and abilities for as long as you can. No need to max out like a mad-man each day, but keep it going and readjust yr goals to accommodate yr age and abilities. Once I accepted I could no longer go at the same rate as I could at 35, I settled down and get the same value and benefit from an age-appropriate workout.

I think that some of the "age appropriate " exercise is a little tame. I think it should be person specific.
