This would not even be an issue and most likely would not have offended anyone until ESPN made it an issue and decided to pull the announcer.

Sadly it won't stop. People have to MAKE themselves hate, make themselves find things that 'trigger' them. The world isn't about anything but feelgood measures. It won't be too long until we remove every monument to our founding fathers because the ideals we have today should of been in place hundreds of years ago. At least that is what is being forced down our throats.
