The intro looks worthwhile, not sure I see value in signing up just to see the meat of it.

Further, the article was written from a perspective of a northern India Project Manager where the cultural norms may be much different from the US. I would also bet that Indian labor laws are nowhere is enforced as in our country. All in all the article speaks in well-worded generalities that are applicable. Like you, I didn't bother logging in.
