The apocalypse is one of the oldest tales. Many biblical scholars read the book of Revelation as a story about the destruction of corrupt political systems while others see it as the rapture and return of Jesus Christ.

If you want a conspiracy theory or rabbit hole to dive into - the Bible says the number of the beast, or mark of the beast, 666, will be located on the hand or forehead. To me this sounds a lot like a neuralink implant.
