I expect this kind of "When did you stop beating your wife?" Questions from scumbag Civilians. I expect better here.
On that note, I also expect law enforcement to perform adequately and not abuse those who have been taken into custody.

Responsible use of force & Restraint from giving a beating.
The thin blue line is an important thing. But for it to have Honor, you've got to Police your own also.

COL Ted Mc - Did you miss the form of your question overall asks for people to choose their favorite justification of the act? There is no justification for the mistreatment of a prisoner, reprisals are wrong, there is no justification for them. If they resist, appropriate force to complete the arrest, sure. But there also, appropriate force.
