OU is 6-8-1 against SEC teams in a bowl game. Measure the teams data today. OU has the 110th defense. OUs QB needs to not miss one Third down conversion against the number 6 defense. If Sabin plans on running the ball on OU and keeping the ball away from the Heisman candidate then OU will have a problem with time management. Best of luck to both teams.

OK, let's look at the actual facts, instead of what Mikey posted.

OU is 9-9-1 against SEC teams in bowl games, broken down as follows (bowl games only):
*Alabama: 1-1-1, with OU's last loss to Bama in 1962.
*Arkansas: 2-1, last loss in 1977.
*Auburn: 2-0, never lost.
*Florida: 0-1, 2008.
*Georgia: 0-1, 2017.
*Kentucky: 2-1, last loss in 1950.
*LSU: 1-1, last loss in 2003.
*Mississippi: 0-1, loss in 1999.
*Tennessee: 1-1, last loss in 1938.
*Texas A&M: 0-1, loss in 2012.

Overall, OU is 109-47-8 against current SEC teams, winning 69% of the time. That includes 100% against Auburn, 83% against Vanderbilt, 75% against Tennessee, 72% against Missouri, 70% against Alabama and Arkansas, 67% against Kentucky, 61% against Texas A&M, and 50% of the time against LSU. There are only three SEC teams with a winning record against OU, all from a single game (Mississippi, Florida, and Georgia).

Finally, what makes you think that Saben has the answer? His last win against the Sooners was in 2003, and following the 2014 he was whining about the pace of Oklahoma's offense because it wasn't "fair" to his team.
