Enjoyed attending the Army-Navy Debate Team Match last Friday night in Baltimore. Two Cadets from the US Military Academy and two Midshipmen from the US Naval Academy debated the resolution: Offensive Cyber Weapons Should be Developed

Army argued the affirmative, Navy the negation.
