I'm from Mayor Hague's Jersey City (the only U. S. city to elect a non-citizen as mayor, Tom Gamgemi). They vote "early and often" in those Democrat strongholds, and keep right on voting after they're dead and buried.
It's going to take a strong turnout of Republican and most importantly, independent voters to counter that institutionalized corruption.
