While this is not THE smoking gun it is A smoking gun.
This shows that her advisors and staff were aware that the only option was to destroy all emails or turn them over. This was a day after they were subpoenaed. We know that they chose to use Bleach bit and then physically destroy all evidence (Yes Tories that is a crime) rather than hand over the information that would and should have convicted her.
This is who you Tories are trying to vote into office someone that has ZERO regard for the Law and thinks they are 100% above it. Not unlike the Kings we Threw OUT of America some 241 Years ago.

SGM Steve Wettstein I think there are some of the undecided that may have switched sides. The dead are still going to vote for Hillary, but he seems to be gaining ground with black and women.
