SSG Palmer,
While this is not language I would condone anywhere, I’ve heard far worse in music and other areas, and it seems to be completely acceptable to almost everybody but me. This post you brought up seems like a spoiled rich kid, and while it got great reviews I find this Life of Pablo track personally offensive.

For this post what would be appropriate? Having her expelled, suspended? If the school did suspend and they got sued: would the decision just get reversed and then make the matters worse. Am I looking at this correctly?

Discipline in schools is always a difficult item to address. Half of me wants to take all discretion away from schools and make it a police matter for illegal actions like what happened at Penn State, in my opinion the police should have been brought in right at the very beginning there. In a case like this where does one draw the line between free speech, bigotry, and being outright illegal? I realize there are may be school codes of conduct, but the schools need to be even handed in how they act toward “all” their students. I guess that’s what you’re talking about, and I agree.

Thank you for responding intelligently.

This is not her first incident. I think she needs to be expelled! I don't care what color she is.... "I've heard worse in music." I've witnessed people kill one another in movies.... I guess I missed your point.

I wasn't trying to make a point. I was just trying to learn a little more about the situation there; that is more about the specifics. Does the school have an honor code or something they can enforce against boorish behavior like this? Is it that they're not enforcing it? Are they not enforcing it for "all"? Stuff like that.

ok, I agree she was out of line, but the rest of your rant puts you in the seat next to her. Can I pls see some proof that minorities were given harsher punishments for sneezing to loud?

ok that does not provide any of the information I asked for, that you claimed existed. Attacking me won't get your point across, only bury one legitimate story in a pile a racist BS that you continue to post.

SFC(P) (Anonymous) - you have a point, and I might be out of line, might. I am just fed up with all those that have preached love, tolerance and peace now out there doing the opposite. I'm human like everyone else on this site and subject to error.

SFC(P) (Anonymous) - I have done admitted I may have been out of line, I do however want to see the proof that this school has a history of minority racism as she claims.

I don't think you get the full picture. She states she's finally [...] in one image but in the other says she hopes its not the black doctor. I think she's trolling.
