Gulianni is a better choice...
not as Smug and arrogant... and will not profit from all the International dealings...

I would say neither. Romney wants the job because it sets him up for either 2020 or 2024 and Gulianni would probably lose in his confirmation because he'd probably lash out against whoever when asked about his overseas dealings with his firm
