Medical Personnel who may be able to help -

In regards to the video, assuming you're going to keep a video format:
Have a microphone (or another smartphone with mic) closer to you, speak louder, or find a quieter space for better signal-to-noise ratio
Consider having someone hold words under the camera so you don't have to use the sheet
Background music
More enthusiasm
May want to stand to help with your voice and show your energy
Are there other awards or credentials you can show behind you?
Maybe add a bit about why you're passionate about it

Add some healthcare tags to get more medical personnel here to see it.

If you'd like, I can edit this or your final video's audio to remove excess noise for you. All you'd need to do is let me know when you upload it to YouTube. I can do the rest. :)

When I've made videos, sound and image are huge. I'd hang a sheet or cover electric outlets. Certificates on the wall don't translate well and anything on a desk should be removed. Work on your script, it's clear that your reading it and your whole voices changes at the end when you are not.
I think it's a great way to market your services, just tighten up presentation.

SGT (Join to see) - Consider stats on accuracy, responsness of reports (he did mention most were available within 24 hours) and patient satisfaction data even if anecdotal.
Write your key points but deliver without reading. It sounds much better when your talking about what you enjoy offering as a medical service.

Thank you for the response SFC. I will be approaching doctor's offices with a video. Flyer and business cards to perform ultrasound exams. A job for sure.
