Another case of how a headline can be misleading. My grandmother lived to 94, my mother to almost 88, and they both used Vaseline; in moderation and not always as depicted in this article.

Usually they would put a very, very thin coat over a skin irritation, especially around a nose rubbed raw from the dripping and wiping of nasal drip. Sometimes if the inside of our noses were really dry after recovering from a cold or other conditions, when you could feel how dry and cracked it was, we would rub a very thin coat inside our nose before bed. I just did this 2 nights at the beginning of the week, I’m fine now. Maybe it’s just a placebo effect but it seems to work for me.

I seem to remember them using it with makeup somehow, I don’t know how, never paid attention to that part of it.

Its' almost like fake News
be careful of some of these adds and articles... they can do as much harm as good...

Another misleading post , this information is ridiculous and not scientifically proven
It is also as I read it the same info over and over

I wish admins could just get rid of this type of post
