You should never "assume" or believe the MSM... Initial reports were 3 dead, 30 injured and things spun out of control from there. ( all inference) I am on ground here @ FHL and know the "facts" regarding this training accident. CASEVAC missions were conducted all day yesterday with ZERO issues in this particular TAA. Anyone who conducts these kinds of missions at NIGHT need to also conduct "Risk Assessments" and determine whether or not alternate LZ's should be utilized. It is my opinion that the latter is the case.
