There was a 60 day Notice requirement prior to any Transfers... and he was well past the 60 day minimum notice... He may well be violating Statutes and laws in going thru this Transfer... this was a big discussion back in December... and at the Time he was past the notice date and Congress could stop his efforts...
It's Not trump... its Congress and the Legal system... But then again it is BHO and he will just use Executive orders to Bypass Congress like he has for the last 7 3/4 years...
