I disagree. I think it's plausible that bigotry had much to do with Trump's win. Well, actually, Hillary's loss. I think that Hillary's and the Democrat's prejudicial view of "fly-over country" led them to discount and disregard voters in the vast area outside a few urban centers. The election results tend to support this view.

Yeah, that sure is bigotry, from the left. A more precise fit to the definition of bigotry than the MSM is used to. Their condescending attitude sure backfired on them didn't it?

Everything nowadays is being painted with a broad brush of bigotry, racism, sexism. Frankly, I'm sick of it. Personally, I find it ignorant and against actual, proactive steps toward social change.

The problem with the bigot argument is that it offer no explanation for black, brown, red, gay, and Jewish Trump supporters. I can make a pretty strong argument that obama's anti Christian, anti police, and anti traditional values bigotry caused the loss for the DNC but that argument would ignore what a horrible candidate HRC was. She had to cheat to beat a 70 year old, socialist who had never held a job outside of politics.

Exactly. Actual Liberal bigotry coupled with a horrible criminal candidate. a double whammy that hit them in the ass.
