LOL... Looks Like the "Lo-Lex's and Fool-ex's" are back
I remember seeing about 10 Thousand of the Fake Rolexes being poured out on a street in Thailand and run over Bt a Steam Roller 20 Years ago...
and they occasionally Catch shipment of the Fake Rolex's coming thru customs...

Some knockoffs are actually pretty well made (I don't support this at all). Although if it costs about 100 Baht per piece, it's probably a Quartz POS.

I have on i got for $20 in Bangkok in the early 90's and it was just a rolex stem and face and a Seiko Case and Guts and it lasted for almost 20 years... My grandson lost it at school... but several of them I brought back are still in the jewelry boxes of friends and work well...

Was it Quartz or auto? Seiko cases are actually pretty well built, so are their internals (some of the best rivaled only to Citizen's Miyota line), so you minus the face, you got a pretty solid watch going on.

The one I have on now is the Miyota....(if you cared)
