If money were not a factor it would be a resounding success. If people want free insurance then go that route, but this PDCA is a failure.
Look no further to the one provider on state exchanges across america. Or that 18 of the 24 co-ops are bankrupt.

Remember all the robots that are going to take over your jobs. Ford (One of the few people that actually use robots) are moving 700 new jobs to MI. So far every liberal bad thing that is going to happen....hasn't....and actually has done exactly the opposite.
