I think the key to this lies in the article itself, where it is said that the data was collected through "self-reported" behavior. I can claim to be a conservative one day and a liberal the next just like I can choose to commit a crime or to not commit a crime. This is true of anyone so I don't believe any of this. There is nothing concrete, like saying left handed Peruvian lesbians commit more violent crimes than right handed Peruvian lesbians.

I am not sure that this is a bombshell. The very core of the liberal philosophy is to take what is legally earned from hard working people and give it to those unwilling to earn it. Isn't that theft?

I don't think I would have used the title but I did not write it...While it may be as SSgt Christopher Brose said I think there is enough circumstantial or anecdotal evidence to give validity to the story if not the study.

Little or no crime found in very conservative countries, such as Singapore, numerous Middle Eastern nations, North Korea being an extreme. Yes, they all put a high value in social order and conformity. That is the conservative way... but do we want to live that way? Freedom has its flaws, but it aligns with our values.
