This is ridiculous rhetoric. For that matter why don't we just say its racist to ask for my drivers license if I get stopped by police. Or its racist to charge me money for anything I want. Hell, if its that easy lets just say its racist not to give me all the money in the world, how about that.

Every state i have ever lived in has had a program to provide free picture IDs to no drivers.
