H-1bs should be used based on our needs. Permitting VISAs for any other reasons harm the few STEMs that we actually do graduate. If we can not fill the need from within or existing employees, then allocate annually the number to fill in.

I concur - the issue is abuse, not poor little me..... Like with anything these days, in addition to agendas there are also angles worked!
