Any supplement that makes it hard for me to simply see the ingredients plainly ain't worth my time. I see Arginine and a thermo. The ACV part is interesting, though. Thanks for the tag.

Losing weight is simple. Burn more calories than you take in.

Not all are able to. There are many different types of injuries that will not allow this. I sustained injuries of a sort. After 24 years in Army I heard this and said this to often, It's not always the the way. Try something new you might be surprised, ACV can be bought for $1.50 or less. How many of you others pay for less then that for supplements? I have done this and had healthy, fit individuals also. It works but like everything it takes time and motivation.

SSG Edward Messervy - This is why it annoys me that obesity is the last bastion of 'acceptable' prejudice in America. There are plenty of medical conditions that either prevent weight loss, or cause weight gain.

SN Greg Wright - I could talk to you for a day, and still wouldn't be able to cover everything. I have been in a wheelchair and at one point on 31 prescription drugs. I just took it upon myself to look at all natural stuff at this point. To my amazement this really worked. I was eating 2000 calories a day no exercise. I continued to just drink ACV, within a month I was walking 4 miles a day. After 7 back surgeries I can do log PT on my on and can jog again. One small change and I feel better than I ever did. Just don't have the stamina I used to, but that comes with getting older. I will not let that slow me down.
