Here is my take from the video. The SUV in question had their turn indicator on the entire time saying "I would like to merge left." The car in the right lane comes flying up to try and stop the SUV from merging left. That person is an asshat. Now while that is occurring the White SUV appears to be just ahead of the unmarked LEO. Instead of allowing the white SUV to merge left the unmarked LEO says "hell no this is my road." That LEO is an asshat.
As far as the motorcyclist at the very start of the video...I hope he crashes and dies in a fiery painful death.
The roadways are for everyone. If you see someone that is actually signalling to move over just freaking let them.

I agree with you on everything EXCEPT for the part about the Motorcycle. This was in California where lane splitting is very much legal exactly for situations like this where traffic is backed up. Even if it weren't legal it wouldn't have been either dangerous or inconsiderate in any way.

I see shit like this every day in my career driving truck. Comments like John stated above show me that you are guilty of these same actions, therefore I have zero pity for you and all future infractions that you receive.

And please don't pull that shit in front of a semi, because you'll end up having that semi on your lap

ENS (Join to see) If the SUV is a cop, then the bike not being pulled over at the beginning would indicate that "Lane Splitting" is legal, or at least tolerable. I love moments of instant Karma like this. Even if the cop didn't give the driver a huge fine, he did stop the driver, delaying their arrival at their final destination. So their impatience did not pay off.
