First, these are not POWs. They are unlawful enemy combatants. We used that argument to make SURE they did not fall under Geneva and Hague Conventions. That way we were perfectly OK to torture. So, no, that doesn't apply.

Second, even if that WAS true, hostilities have ended. We surrendered. I'm sorry. We didn't surrender, we tucked tail and fled. Either way, war is over. So LET THEM GO ALREADY!!!!!!
