COL Mikel J. Burroughs lets examine these 24 questions: The questions range from basic to sublime. 24 is a lot of questions for one to consider on say a Monday morning . Some of these could readily be grouped together.

4. What’s the First Thing I Want to Accomplish This Week? [4, 5, and 6 could be grouped together]
5. What Can I Do Right Now to Make This Week Go Well?
6. What Can I Do Right Now to Make the Week Less Stressful?
7. What Was the Last Week’s Biggest Waste of Time? [may not be readily apparent because somethings that seemed wasteful may turn out to investments ion something worthwhile.]
8. How Will I Make Sure That What I Want to Achieve Gets Done? [depends on your responsibilities and those that are delegated]
9. Why Is This Something I Want to Achieve? [should require little thought]
10. Have I Been Sabotaging Myself? [if so you may be the worst person to answer this question - honestly]
11. What Have I Been Putting Off? [procrastination can be a problem unless it is done to ensure resources are available]
12. What Opportunities Are Still on the Table?
13. What Do I Want to Change?
14. What Steps Are Complete?
15. Is There Anything More I Need to Be Doing? [seek input from those you respect]
16. What Do I Think Is Stopping Me?
17. What Roadblocks Do I Expect? [plan for the unexpected as well as the expected]
18. What Obstacles Are Getting in the Way of My Success?
19. What Should I Be Doing Differently? [seek advice from those whose judgement you trust.

LTC Stephen F. Thanks for putting them into your perspective. Some of these 24 questions don't even exist in the minds of many now days, so It's a starting point for some and others that have been setting goals and objectives for their lives it goes straight to your points in my opinion!

Two thoughts:
1. i don't get the focus on "last week". Any time frame in the past is useful. Sometimes your ability to perceive a past action improves over time and sometimes you know instantly you stepped in it.
2. Not enough in there about "Did I dedicate myself to something greater than myself" whether that is the Constitution or your wife or your church.

All the questions seem like good questions COL.
Number 10 is something that I have to work on. If I am asked to perform ultrasound exams at a prison, informing them the ladies that are in charge of cardiac will need to be asked if they are comfortable going there, should not be stated. Next time, the answer will be sure, no problem. Then, find someone that will go.
Being to honest can not always be helpful. Knowing when to be quiet can be.
Just someting I learned about myself. I doubt if it hurt me. It's to early to tell.
Also, It appears thank you cards are important.
Thank you for the post,
M. Morris RVT
