White House Seeks to Cut Billions in Funding for United Nations

Amen! UN operations globally have been a dismal failure. Just ask any regular person living in a country that the UN has purported to have "helped." Perhaps if we stop feeding nations that are overpopulated, that might be a benefit. Or sending aid to nations that want to kill/destroy ours might put a crimp in the bad guys' operations. I recall several terrorist vidoes where there are stacked bags of food with USAID stenciled on them. The UN takes our money and then threatens us if we disagree with UN actions. How about appointing some of the worst human rights abusers as the Chair for Human Rights? The UN has outlived its usefulness, and should either go away entirely or leave the US.
