I hope the "rules of engagement" have been reviewed with all participating and supporting components.

What are they gonna do, launch one of their half-fuel-load, no-ordinance-laden aircraft off their aging Soviet carrier? (Because that's all they can do. They are incapable of launching with full loads of fuel and ordinance.)
