Chechen rebels is the most plausible explanation. We will see but if past events can be considered prologue for subsequent events then this looks like their signature attack

Chechen rebels are always a strong possibility when something like this happens in Russia. If this was in fact terrorism, and it more than likely was, it is going to be interesting to see who is the first to claim it, and then Russia's response. I am also interested to see how the United States responds. So much is at play here.
