Leave request from 'Norfolk 4' sailors finally approved after nearly 20 years

Man, took forever to get those control numbers for the leave forms....

Only 20 years later, Lol. Fast and efficient. Very interesting to use an old leave request rather than new. I would think the prison sentence then exoneration would auto promote and require new leave forms?
