Hooked on phones

Family is everything to me so I'm really trying to not be so dependent on my device

Interesting article, sad we have migrated to the point where an electronic object controls many things we do and how we do them ...

Now I understand why I like my small phone and my wife likes her flip phone, since they make it difficult to use as anything other than a phone.
I also just realized that in the past 20 years, I have only had 3 cell phones and my wife has had 2 and the only reason we changed is they were either broken or very outdated. I have had my current phone 6 years. I also have found out that the plan that I am currently on has not been generally available for about 5 years.
