Air Assault. I think this is a pretty good idea, but I hadn't gone through Air Assault, so I wanted to pick th brains of any Air Assault soldiers out there. What do you think, is this a good idea, or do you think this may make the wings "a dime a dozen?"

My thoughts exactly. Plus, for some Guard members and reservists, and possibly even active troops, this may be the best opportunity they have of attending.

It's harder than airborne school more physical and mental escp with the sling loads other than that it's easy.

That statement was made with a bit of sarcasm. I will say you are not the first one I have heard say that, and all of them were Airborne and Air Assault qualified.

Never went through the course myself, know a few guys that did though. Well earned wings.
