Why do people feel the need to post these acts of depravity online?

We as people are not like we used to be...when I was a child growing up your parents made u show respect and be responsible.. now days parents don't care and thats where it starts.. hopefully she can read this when I say your a shitty person for what you have done to that animal and I know that you had horrible parents and didn't raise u right.. hope u like my opinion..

Nope. She only had that dog for like a year too. It says got him from a shelter in 2016. That poor pup. I just don't get people who abuse animals, children or any other human being. But especially children or animals who can't defend themselves. Just boggles my mind. I'm sure she'll use some sort of mental health issue as a defense. I'm sure he will say she made him do it or something.
