Just like the V-22... Then once it got into combat, it was "discovered" that it cannot defend itself, so it was pulled out of combat missions. Whodathunk it... Big hulking engine nacelles on the wingtips and no armament except for a ramp gunner?
The F-35 will be a real loser IMHO. A "Jack of All Trades, and a Master of None."
