First, bluelivesmatter is not a very reliable site.
The probable shooter is dead, along with one other in a house near the fire academy. The EMT who was shot while treating a wounded civilian is out of surgery and in ICU, expected to recover. A DPD officer rushed the EMT to the hospital in his squad car, which doctors say is what saved the EMT's life.
