Most all good stuff. I have to disagree with No. 26; I personally have seen that one take companies down.

Hm. Yes, I could see where that one if taken too far could be harmful. However, I will say that I have personally used that method a few times and it's gotten me through some spots where I've been outside of my comfort zone.

There's a big difference between learning from a mentor and/or asking for assistance to "faking it". The context that this phrase is used in plain says the person doesn't know what they are doing and are just guessing. Sometimes one guesses correctly, everyone is alright. Sometimes one guesses incorrectly, everyone then dies, or in the civilian world the company dies. It the words of a character I admire: "That's I have to say about that."

Hopefully, one of these will work for someone who needs a bit of motivation! But it's good to have a bank of ideas to draw on!
