It would be wonderful if justice prevailed in the world, wouldn't it? Sadly, "...liberty and justice for all..." is an ideal, not a reality. But we should never stop striving for it, should we?

The arguments being used by the Democrats are mind-blowing. For example, the argue that it's impossible to know for sure who is a Democrat. They argue that because the rule in the DNC charter that the DNC remain neutral is a rule that was VOLUNTARILY adopted by the NDC, that it really has no force because they could easily un-adopt it -- and therefore, a smoke-filled back-room deal to determine the Democrat nominee would be just as legitimate of a process as fair unbiased elections. And the DNC lawyers have the gall to tell the judge that because it's politics, it's not any business of the court.

Both political parties are private corporations. They can do what they want to do. If they want to disenfranchise part of their customers there is not much that can be done.

LTC (Join to see) - Being a private corporation does not excuse fraud. Seriously, you think being a private corporation gives them license to do whatever the hell they want? You think any other private corporation can get away with false advertising or collecting money under false pretenses?

It's not fraud if you want a particular outcome. It may be rigged but it's not fraud. The DNC can appoint whoever they want.

WTF? It may be rigged but it's not fraud? If it's rigged, it's EXACTLY fraud. A lot of people gave money to the DNC under the false assumption that their candidate (Bernie) would have a fair shot.

According to the DNC Charter, "In the conduct and management of the affairs and procedures of the Democratic National Committee, particularly as they apply to the preparation and conduct of the Presidential nomination process, the Chairperson shall exercise impartiality and evenhandedness as between the Presidential candidates and campaigns. The Chairperson shall be responsible for ensuring that the national officers and staff of the Democratic National Committee maintain impartiality and evenhandedness during the Democratic Party Presidential nominating process."

With all due respect sir, you are high on crack if you think the DNC maintained impartiality and evenhandedness during the conduct of the Democrat primaries.
