MSgt Heather D. - I've been both a renter and a landlord, and while he may have complied with the law, IMO he was still being a jerk. Just giving 24 hours notice and refusing to give any other notice is not the normal procedure. The landlord had it explained to him that the wife needed time to get dressed properly before strangers came in the house. It is no inconvenience at all for the landlord to give them a call when he is on the way or an hour out. But he refused to do that and instead just showed up unannounced, knowing full well the problems that caused his tenants. He clearly was doing it on purpose. He was being a jerk.
