Makes you wonder if he knew who it was, or if he recently lost someone. I can say I wouldn't have got out of my car, but I will pull over to the side of the road if I recognize it's a funeral passing through. Now-a-days it's harder to recognize because the cars do not always have the flags on the front, people don't dress nicely and in black, or anything of my idea of how a funeral should be. I lost my father, grandmother x2, grandfather x2, and niece before I started high school and everytime we went to the funeral I knew I had to dress up in nice clothes, tie with the works. Then when my step-father passed away in October a couple years ago, I felt like my immediate family, brothers, mother and I, were the only ones who dressed up. Respect can go a long way, and this is the attention the military needs from the military.
