I have to ask: Do people who look like this shop at Walmart where you live? To be honest, I'm not a regular Walmart shopper, but I have gone on occasion just to see the freak show. No, I've never seen one. Thus, I'm left to wonder: Is this staged? Who would stag it? Surely not Walmart? I can't imagine them thinking it would help sales (as if their sales needed any help).

There was a woman walking her "dog" recently in the park in my hometown. Her "dog" was actually a man dressed in a full head-to-toe dog suit. Leashed. On all fours. Walmart's got nothing on that.
