Navy charges sailor who hid on ship for a week with abandoning watch, dereliction of duty

A question worth answering ....

I know the answer already but maybe the Navy could bring back Keel Hauling problem sailors?, maybe? It would be worth looking at, it would be much cheaper than most of the other stuff. In the long run much less problems

Yeah, I'd look into more charges for this Petty Officer.
