The first reaction to the thought of those who have been trusted with the training of new soldiers (air men) abusing power is to come down hard on them. How does the military reaction to sexual assault compare to the title IX fiasco? especially in light of the recent military appeals court decision overturning so many cases?

If they are overturned in appeals court, these members need to have it removed from their records and promoted to the next grade as many would've likely promoted during this whole debacle. Probably reassignment wouldn't be a horrible idea either.
